Winter Depression

People tend to become depressed in the winter, the 'going in' time, for many reasons.

- not enough sunlight and daytime hours

- stuck in the house

- tired all the time, lethargic

- flu season and other illnesses, germs are more easily spread in confined spaces

- increased boredom

The winter magnifies depressive disorders.

Many people suffer from loneliness and a fear being alone.

Depression can reach a level where the soul gets so tired it does not want to return from dream time, which some people feel is the true reality. These people go to sleep, sleep long hours, and do not want to wake up as they see no purpose for being here. Is that you?

This is not about the weather as much as daylight hours and a shift in the grid, having to do with realities overlapping.

If you become severely depressed, that you cry all the time and cannot function, it is time to get professional help to find out what is wrong and hopefully treat the problem.

Depression leads to sabotage which leads to illness and accidents. Be careful.
