Relax your mind and body......areas of tension, back, shoulders, neck, jaw...

Close your eyes.

Breath slowly, deeply and evenly....
inhale through your nose...
exhale through your mouth.

See before you a door upon which is written the word ATLANTIS.

Move closer to the door.

Place your hand on the doorknob.

Open the door.

Allow your soul to journey into the world of the ancient Atlanteans to see if you are there.
