I totally understand Martha's take on this and at 83 agree with her though she and I don't lead the life of an average 80+ person.

I was a caretaker as a mom and loved it but could not take care of a senior partner and I grateful I am not programmed for it.

Martha looks great due to cosmetic surgery but I find it scary so I would never do it.

It all comes down to good programming in the simulation of reality, no mental illness which strips away at your soul, and being independent.

For me ... Still no meds. Eat healthy. Only cooked foods this summer due to all the bacterial issues you read about. Only drink water.

Love to sleep but only at night to reboot. No naps.

Never drink or drug. Like ever.

No stress as I live alone but am not lonely. I have Z (spirit) for company.

Watch TV. Work at the computer but "never" engage in email conversations or long texts that are often misconstrued.

I love my work. Busy all day.

I love humor and positive people.

Also there's the feeling of knowing this is where I am supposed to be ... the place many go in search of their entire lives.

I ignore the insanity in today's world with the understanding it's part of the closing of the simulation. If you can do that - you can process most anything and take a step back.

Best of all I love to watch what was told to me on the UFO at age 11 unfolding ... for better or worse it's happening.

To say our little reality experiment in emotions was a success or a failure ... is to remember events took place in physical reality which is bipolar ... so it's both.

Color me happy.
