The Return of Meghan Markel and The Mummy

Thursday November 6, 2025

I came across two stories that put a smile on my face - a welcome reprieve from the increasing insanity that permeates American democracy and the fractured reality we find ourselves struggling to navigate today.

Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, is reportedly returning to acting after an 8-year hiatus

You may recall that I was a big fan of Meghan Markle watching weekly episodes of Suits when they first aired. Meghan also starred in several Hallmark romcoms before she created one of her own with Prince Harry.

I've watched Meghan's Netflix cooking show once or twice, but it didn't connect for me. Professionally, I've always felt Meghan belongs back in film where her true talent shines.

For those who are speculating on whether or not Harry and Meghan will stay together - since the beginning I have said they would - growing as a family through life's highs and lows while raising their two beautiful children.

From Mommy to Mummy...

Brendan Fraser and Rachel Weisz reportedly in talks for 'The Mummy 4' reunion

I saw the other three Mummy movies way back when and am open to another. With a fun cast, another round of slapstick adventures, plus today's upgraded tech and special effects - it could be a great revival. Audiences today can't seem to get enough of scary movies.

Focus is on Egypt this week with last weekend's opening of the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM) - near the Giza pyramids. The Egyptian Museum in Cairo (often called the Tahrir Museum), located in Tahrir Square, is still open, although its role has changed. It was the main home of Egypt's ancient treasures for over a century. With the opening of GEM - many of the most famous artifacts - especially from Tutankhamun's tomb - have been moved to the new site - speaking of which Monday marked the 103rd anniversary of ... Howard Carter finding the steps leading to Pharaoh Tutankhamen's Tomb.

Egyptian Mummies

Wednesday night on Expedition Unknown - Josh Gates aired Part 1 of 2 about the Great Pyramid. Tagline: With rare private access to the passages inside the Great Pyramid of Giza, Josh tests conspiracy theories about the monument, including the possibility it may hold still undiscovered treasures of Khufu.

Having been there, written many blogs, and seen many versions of who built the pyramid, why they were built, etc. what interested me was the tech which is where Josh left off and we pick up next Wednesday.

Josh never fully embraces the alien hypothesis because, in reality, the answers remain unknown. Instead, we navigate an alchemical pyramid of multi-dimensional narratives, deeply infused with human emotions.

All we can do - like the creators of "Ancient Aliens" and other documentary shows - is examine the facts in a logical way which comes down to creation by something more evolved than humans.

Several recent shows have explored the idea of the human experiment as just one of many across different timelines on Earth - timelines that have come and gone. This current one in, some say, is about to evolve out of existence, meaning this particular 'insert' may be removed from the simulation altogether taking with it everything learned through emotional experience.

It's obvious that humans did not build the Great Pyramid without extraterrestrial help or as I see it - it is one of many markers placed by the simulation on this planetary game board - as if a Monopoly board.

I have always envisioned the simulation placing pyramids and other enigmatic structures on the planet in specific 'alignments of awakening' for those who experience them at the end of the simulation.

As I blog this now I 'see' the tumblers of a once hermetically sealed lock turning - to be opened and released at the end of ACT III.

AI is programmed to decipher the math and science taking us back to the first Dynasty and our Aha moment when it all began. [Aha was thought to be the second Pharaoh of the first dynasty.]

Do you know how easy it is for the simulation to create or delete anything within - all while humans remain completely unaware. It's happening all the time, seamlessly shaping our reality behind the scenes.

As many things are recycled these days in cinematic reality - or any reality for that matter - we understand that there are fewer places to go for truly original storylines.

When you think about it, running out of new content reflects that we live in a time loop that keeps recycling itself. And when that loop finally breaks ... the simulation ends. Yay!

Combining ancient and alien storylines with humanity's quest for scary adventures, it's time for another Mummy movie - a thrilling mix of adventure, romance, mythology, and mysticism.

Let's have some fun because the way reality is evolving - one doesn't have to be psychic to know what lies ahead. It's just a matter of when - as more and more people have developed the ability to access the grids that create this illusion and the gears of time that perpetuate it.

From visions and dreams - meditations and initiations - people are 'getting it'.

Some look upon what lies ahead as a brave new world, while others see something far more ancient rising from the 'sands of time' - a reminder that what was buried never truly stays that way.

That which was buried for all time arises now to create a proper ending. Computer end simulation. And with that final command ... reality as we experience it Fades To Black much like a movie in which our souls have been both viewer and participant.

Does this Mummy remind you of anyone - orange face, yellow hair, big mouth, destructive?
