Affirmations and Readiness

Affirmations seem to be nothing more than common sense about how to make changes in your life. People are drawn to affirmations. Affirmations are about thinking positively about yourself without limitations. But do they work?

We go now to Readiness ...

When a person is ready to make change, they will do it automatically, regardless of outside influences, physical and emotional, or affirmations made. It is the soul 'within' that knows it is time to change 'without'. Affirmations can be a tool used to build self esteem to that end.

Observing yourself heal and change, is the best affirmation.Ó I am whole. I have my personal power. I can do anything."

Always try to look at what you are doing, as if you are watching from outside of yourself.

When you make changes in your life, the ones that comes naturally and effortlessly, your soul is letting you know that something different will soon enter your life, usually positive.

Affirmation vs. Readiness: You can make an affirmation to lose weight. You say, "I am thin and beautiful." But that is only be a quick fix. When you suddenly lose weight effortlessly, the soul is saying that the depression associated with over eating, and the need to remain buffered from life, is moving away. It is then you can expect to attract positive changes in your life, already created in higher levels of thought and consciousness in the grid that is your program. Becoming more attractive most often tells you that you can expect a new partner/lover.

It is always the soul that guides the way.

As for affirmations, use them, but only if they are effortless.
