We live in a reality that's broken with humans created to deal with healing in one form or another until the end - bipolar people and experiences in a bipolar reality. For many souls, this is becoming way too exhausting when faced with today's life issues of political and climate chaos - among other factors.
It's interesting that for years people read about how this or that is bad for your health - only to discover the reverse years later.
We know what things are always detrimental - such as smoking and substance abuse - but when it comes to food and exercise let your body be your guide. Trust your instincts.

I eat eggs every morning and my cholesterol is good. No meds. It's interesting that for years, people read about how this or that are bad for your health - only to discover the reverse years later. We know what things are always bad, such a smoking and substance abuse, but when it comes to food let your body tell you what it needs ... or doesn't. FYI - the best fruits and vegetables are not organic, but fresh especially if you can get them from a farmers market or grow them yourself as we now have indoor home gardens.
Staying hydrated is most important. Drink water as your body guides. Don't listen to what others tell you about how much to drink per day. It's all common sense.
I never believed that walking a certain number of steps every day makes you healthier. Walking varies from person to person and day to day - depending on many variables. I know physical activity reduces depression and anxiety, especially with people who have ADD or ADHD - but take everything in 'stride'. Overdoing physical activity breaks down knees, hips, etc. as you age. Let your body tell you how many steps you should take every day unless doing physical therapy to build body strength. It's all common sense.
