I had a dream about the man who lives in the apartment below me. His name is Tom. He and his wife Ann, are a retired couple from Corporate America and are really great people. In my dream I was in a car watching Tom running quickly past me! Then I woke up.

Late in the afternoon, I ran into Tom and Ann in a local story and told them about the dream, never thinking he knew its interpretation. He looked at me and said, "I know where I was going ... back into my physical body from dream time." I never thought he would realize that, but he did. We are all waking up suddenly!

Did you ever feel yourself suddenly jerk back into your physical body as you wake up? Most times we return to physical consciousness slowly, but there are other times we wake up quickly for different reasons, which may include, something fearful experienced during dream time, a need to remember something experienced, something in your physical environment that requires immediately attention. You may also experience the 'flying through a tunnel effect' when returning to physical consciousness too quickly. Physically you may feel a headache, nausea, or a sense of disorientation.

In 2007 you will find yourself shaking out of physical reality dream time, and back into higher consciousness.
