I am never sure why, but my readings always have a weekly theme or pattern. This week had to do with Greece. My readings including people who were from Greece, now visiting or living here. None of the clients knew each other, all coming separately. Each was from another area of Greece. They were all aware of the ancient historic records of their country and the mythologies connected to them. All had families living in Greece and visited them as often as they could. I learned interesting things from my Greek clients in terms of cultures and customs. Greek ancestry is linked to ancient myths that expand the mind to realities beyond third dimension.
One client married a Greek man and enjoyed visiting his family.
Another man was a fisherman visiting here from Greece.
One woman's brother was lost at sea in 1997 in a boating accident. The engine of the boat sank in the same place as the legend about Icarus who jumped from a cliff, flew too close to the sun which melted the wax that held the feathers onto his homemade wings. My client's brother was never found. His soul showed me the legend before she told me about Icarus. I also saw the god of the sea, Poseidon, who rose up before me and caught her brother as he fell into the sea after hitting his head on the side of his boat, during a storm.
Mary, from Athens, brought me Greek pastries and we had a party talking about metaphysics and Greece. She is linked to the Eleusinian mysteries, ancient Greek Mythology.
In Greek mythology the Elysian Fields, also known as Elysium or the Isles of the Blessed, were the dwelling place after death of virtuous mortals or those given immortality by divine favor. The poets Homer, Hesiod, and Pindar variously describe this happy land as being on the banks of the river Oceanus at the edge of the Earth. In Virgil, Elysium was part of Hades.
