Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work Day ~ Wikipedia
Fourth Thursday of April every year.
The workplace for many adults is an evolving venue. For children, the idea of leaving home to visit a parent's workplace usually holds excitement offering a welcome break from school and a glimpse into a different world. On this day there's something meaningful about seeing how their parents work, communicate, solve problems, and interact with colleagues.
These moments offer a quiet observation about responsibility, adaptability, and human connection in an ever-changing world where some children want to follow in their parent's footsteps and others know they are going to do something completely different.
As the next generation grows up - they'll step into a reality shaped by many forces around the work place - from artificial intelligence to global logistics.

My daughter, Zsia, just sent me this pic from work where everyone is excited about Family Fun Day, as she calls it - when her employees and their children enjoy a fun day. She really goes all out to make it the best day. The weather is perfect and the outdoor venues - from food, games, and more - will soon start.
