All physical illnesses begin with emotions - mostly depression, anxiety, burn out, and chronic stress. It's the person's inability to function and a means of 'dropping out' to be taken care of by others - alongside receiving disability insurance.

One client told me that his family of five adults are all on disability and are perfectly happy living together on their joint disability insurance - which combined pays the bills. No one works. I read that half of the world has mental illness. Those are known cases. It's way more than that. Statistics often report soaring levels of mental illness worldwide, but beyond diagnoses there is a broader reality - many people feel emotionally depleted, disconnected, uncertain, and unable to keep pace with the demands of modern life.

Society itself feels strained - economically, emotionally, technologically, politically, and spiritually.

Some view this era as a collapsing structure. Others see it as transformation. Either way, people are adapting in very different ways - some pushing harder, some checking out, some searching for meaning beyond the routines they once trusted.

Whether you see life psychologically, socially, spiritually, or philosophically, one thing is clear - humanity is under immense emotional pressure, and that pressure is reshaping how people live, work, connect, and define reality itself.
