Hi! I'm Ellie Crystal (third from the left) very much alive and well and living in Brooklyn, New York. I am the author of Crystalinks Website and Sarah and Alexander the Alchemy of Time. I have friends with interests in aliens and related topics, in Pine Bush, NY and feel a connection to the Catskill Mountain region in general, having spent time there as a child and as an adult.

Today I received email that rumors are circulating about my death. No .. no ... it's not me. There are (were) two woman with the same name - Ellie (Elinor) Crystal and Ellen Crystall both having similar esoteric interests though our personalities were vastly different and frankly we didn't get along especially after she accused me of stealing her identity for personal gain. Seriously?! Being four years older I was quick to come down to her level and point out that I had the name first! How childish we become when threaten with lawyers. Okay she backed off ... didn't apologize ... and we barely spoke if we met at metaphysical events in Manhattan and Long island where she lectured and I did media work for my TV show "The Metaphysical Experience".

Ellen lived in New Jersey and Pennsylvania until she passed away this month. She wrote Silent Invasion about UFO sightings in Pine Bush, NY a place I also investigated with friends in the 1990s. My interests were many - interdimensional portals, Native American spirituality, aliens, megalithic sights and crop circles. I never wrote about aliens in Pine Bush.
