Former President Donald Trump was found guilty of 34 felony charges of falsifying business records with the intent to commit or conceal other crimes relating to payments made to pornographic film actress Stormy Daniels to ensure her silence about an earlier alleged affair between them.
Judge Juan Merchan presiding
Judge Merchan showed patients with Trump and controlled the courtroom by being the adult in the room - high praise from everyone involved in this historic case.
He was mild-mannered and willing to bend when Trump asked for things such as time off to attend his son Barron's High School graduation, reminding Trump that he was in violation of the gag order on 10 different occasions - the penalty of which will be decided when the trial is over, allowing Trump to sleep, mumble under his breath, and fart during the trial, and more.
As I looked at the sketches created by artists during the trial of Judge Merchan I could sense that he knew what the outcome was going to be and I was being patient until the trial was over.
If not directly interacting - he loses focus.
Smugness, arrogance, and intimidation won't work in this trial.

The touchstones of American life are vanishing before our eyes as chaos evolves out of the paradigms which guided their journey. Unique to the human archetype is the need to make a difference as influencer, agitator, or participant. It's never been hard to incite violence in the emotionally driven human experiment especially in this timeline as chaos returns souls to the way they were.
May 2, 2024 - No one is a greater influencer in bringing about chaos than Donald Trump. It's in his DNA along with playing the victim as he emotionally and emphatically influences his followers based on a lifetime of programmed behavior patterns that sound and look like pre-recorded messages replaying in a loop.
Will prosecutors be able to convince one juror who is programmed to vote in Trump's favor - leading to a hung jury and further delays? This goes to how the simulation is programmed to keep Trump in play until the end. It's what kept him from going to jail through decades of criminal activity - some comparing him to a mob boss who now fancies himself a future dictator but even they eventually are removed from play.
The defining moment ... Is there a caveat Trump is ignoring that's trying to shows itself but he's not listening that will bring about his downfall?
Trump turns 78 next month - his behavior in court and physical appearance portraying a worn out aging man who falls asleep in court, finding it hard to focus on facts, and sits there with a staged look on his face that has worked for him in the past but not today. He's all theater - always has been.
Once he leaves court - it's as if he's awakened from a deep slumber - his demeanor reminding me of an AI that has been reactivated after being in stasis.
If Trump is programmed to be president for a second term - there's no stopping it. If not he will seek to repeat January 6, 2021 - currently threatening that all hell will break loose (maybe) and the fragility of our bipolar experiment is tested once again.

Day 11 featured Hope Hicks' emotional testimony - beginning by saying she was nervous - later breaking down in tears as she described the fallout from the Access Hollywood tape and the Trump White House response to stories about hush money payments.
Her tears were an eternal watermark of the gravity of the moment - providing evidence that was both overwhelming and damning. No one seems to know why she cried - perhaps there was more than one reason that she will have to discuss with a therapist and others - probably writing a book at some point.
We understand how Trump furthered Hick's career - and that she was friends with the Trump family - but all of her pent-up energy knowing the truth - about events that lead up to the 2016 election and Trump himself - had to been boiling up inside as she spoke today.
Knowing the penalty for perjury - she told the truth - verifying previous testimony. It was obvious that her emotional attachment to Trump was challenged as she testified.
Truth hurts. People are not always what they seem. No one is a greater trickster than Trump.
The prosecution is building an interesting narrative which Hope Hicks reinforced today. Much of the testimony is to bring credibility to that of another future star witness, Trump's former lawyer and fixer, Michael Cohen.
Trump is not going to lose based on the testimony of one witness, but a compilation of many factors presented into the evidence.
We all know and/or feel that Trump is guilty of a lifetime of abuse and crimes that eventually will catch up to him.
When 2024 started I posted that Trump will spend the rest of his life in litigation of one kind or another - a lifelong pattern of 'catch me if you can'.
Trump's followers will stay loyal because they believe his rhetoric - that no one can take him down - making him a superhero to them.
Though there has always has been corruption in politics - Trump takes it to a new level of political theater and decadence. He knows how to work an audience while playing the victim wherein he's right, and everyone who opposes him is wrong,
Love him or hate him ... the truth will out for Trump in 2024. Day 11 Outtakes
May 7, 8, 10
I watched the storyline unfolding as time permits preferring summaries and analysis of Stormy's testimony at the end of the day. It allows me to "connect with" the reactions of voters following the courtroom drama. How are voters - most of whom know who they're voting for - affected by information given? What is their programming to that end? For now I don't see him winning as 'Trump chaos' once again will prevail when he doesn't get his way - The Toddler and The Temper Tantrum.
She also told jurors about spanking Trump right on the butt with a copy of one of his magazines. Daniels then said that after she went to the bathroom, she emerged to find Trump on the hotel bed in his boxers and a T-shirt. Read more ...
It was Daniels' 'emotional' reactions to her sexual encounter with Trump that came as new information for me as she described her feelings before, during, and after sex ... saying that she blacked out (dissociated her consciousness from her physical body) when they had sex.
Though not threatened physically nor verbally - she felt cornered and couldn't get out. She asked herself, "What have I done that got me into this situation?"
Daniels reaction is often found with rape victims - though she testified that he didn't rape her. It's the soul disconnecting from the physical body to protect the victim from the event - though the memory is forever ingrained in the person's psyche.
You would have thought that she would stay away from Trump but she didn't. As we learned in from the Me-Too Movement - many women sexually abused by rich and powerful men sometimes maintain contact afterwards usually to benefit financially or professionally.
Trump is a sexual predator who has gotten away with it his whole life. Donald Trump sexual misconduct allegations. I'm sure there are other women who have not reported Trump trying to violate them. This also makes E Jean Carroll's story of physical assault by Donald Trump seem more plausible if you didn't believe her.
I really don't think Trump is emotionally able to understand what he is doing to his victims, but punishment comes just by the fact that the women in his life understand who he is and the sociopathic side to his personality.
As things look at this moment, Trump's other criminal trials will not happen before the election for reasons you've probably read about. So it appears that it's up to New Yorkers to make things right with evidence presented.
At the end of the day Trump will run for president. It will be up to the simulation to determine his fate having brought him to this point in his destiny with never having been held accountable for the worst of his actions nor understanding how they affect others. His mantra - Deny, Distract, Delay.
People inside and outside the room, including the journalists, had been waiting patiently for the day Michael Cohen would testify. Before his testimony, credibility have to be given to that what she would testify to, and it was. He was after all Donald Trump's lawyer and fixer, who went to jail for his boss.
As a former lawyer Cohen knew how to behave on the stand - different than how he portrays himself in his podcast and other media.
Cohen was successful in maintaining control over his own demeanor. Cohen's relationship with Trump reminded me of a cult leader whose followers will do anything to please a man they view as a 'god figure' or 'father figure' who will always protect and take care of him ... due to his false facade that mesmerizes the weak and those who have been victimized.
Perhaps Cohen's testimony will allow some of Trump's followers to see themselves in Cohen - a man who 'kissed the ring', never got paid, and wound up in jail.
The verdict in this trial won't make a difference as all is preprogrammed.
Michael Cohen was cross examined. The defense called Robert Costello - an attorney and longtime Trump ally and Mafia type character who challenged and enraged the judge ordering the court to be cleared.
As Merchan sustained a string of objections by the prosecution on procedural matters, Costello could be heard sighing loudly and uttering the words "ridiculous" or "jeez" from the witness stand. Less than 15 minutes into Costello's testimony, the typically even-tempered judge appeared fed up with Costello's behavior and sent the jury out of the courtroom.
On Thursday before Memorial Day Weekend - cross examination and redirect were finished as each side rested their case.
Donald Trump guilty on all 34 felony charges

Thursday May 30, 2024
By all accounts this was a very busy day for me with little time to post a new blog other than the Trump Hush Money trial as all else seemed to fade away in the wake of its verdict.
I didn't get to run my usual morning errands until 3:30 but that was okay as Z assured me Trump would be found guilty and I would be there to watch the verdict at that moment in history.
I've seen many markers spike in the grids - moments in history that manifested throughout my lifetime - personal or otherwise. They set a new course for the Human Experiment in the Simulation of Time. Most recently we recall Covid 19 and its aftermath, war in the Middle East and Europe, global climate events and natural disasters wiping out everything in their wake - all accelerating exponentially.
Returning home
The TV was still playing when I returned home, grabbed my chicken caesar salad, and sat down just in time like someone in a theater coming in right before the curtain goes up.
There at the bottom of the screen were the words I had been waiting for ... A verdict had been reached. I reread them to be sure of what I was seeing.
My first thought was to text my three daughters to be sure they were watching. Zsia texted back that she was at a meeting and wanted to know what happened. My texts to her read like notes coming from the press in the courtroom during the trial - short phrases defining what was going on as it was announced that Trump had been found guilty on all 34 felony counts.
After a lifetime of never being held accountable - here in his home state of New York - Donald Trump met his fate head-on - one that would ripple down till the end. A single word "Guilty" that rang out in a Manhattan courtroom shook the country - making Donald Trump the first American president convicted of a crime. It was a landmark and for Trump's MAGA supporters a black mark in American history.
When 2023 came to a close - I posted that Trump would spend the rest of his life in litigation and that there were many spikes in the grids with great surprises that would be part of 2024 continuing into whatever time remained as 2025 is a key note year for all.
Remember when we talked about the outcome of high profile legal cases. You project ahead and look at the expression on the defendant's face after the verdict is read to determine the final outcome. When I looked at Trump throughout this litigation - he always looked solemn yet resolute to bend people and situations to his will just as he, and his father before him, and his sons who stood there - have always done.
I thought about the past weeks as Trump suffered and complained throughout the trial - as if this was indeed a jail sentence at least to him. Jokes were made about him sleeping and farting throughout the trial. I wondered how he will react when the other three criminal cases against him go to trial? He is not a victim. He is a perpetrator with luck programmed to keep him in the game ... until now.
The world is so tired of his rhetoric and narcissistic behavior, blaming everybody, when he alone is guilty of so many crimes.
How the outcome of this trial affects the 2024 presidential results remains to be seen. Trump could use the conviction to galvanize his base and fund-raising, as he has after arrests in other cases, three of which are still pending. Friday morning I received a text asking for money to support Trump's re-election. Block. Delete.
There have been several political dynasties in the United States - but none who tried so desperately to take down - or should I say shake down - the American public as the Trump Family - in their attempt to destroy the American Experiment.
Outside the court
As I texted my daughter I worried about what was going on outside the court and if there would be violence by Trump's followers as he loves to incite violence, though a wimp himself.
The verdict had shattered the late afternoon languor inside the Manhattan courthouse while outside there were cheers and jeers but no violence as law enforcement looked on.
Though most people will believe Election Day is the final judgment for Trump - we know it goes beyond to that which creates storylines in the simulation in which we experience for emotional value.
Sentencing
Sentencing for Trump will be July 11 at 10am EDT - four days before the start of the the Republican National Convention where Trump will continue to whine about witch hunts, rigged elections, Biden and the Democrats, etc. He will never own his mistakes.
As a first-time offender Trump faces probation or up to four years in prison which no one sees happening. That decision will fall to Judge Juan Merchan who has been the target of Trump's attacks during the trial. Trump also attacked the judge's daughter - a political consultant who has worked with prominent Democrats prompting Justice Merchan to expand a gag order before the trial began, barring the former president from attacking members of his family. The order also protected witnesses and jurors, both of whom were targets of Trump's vitriol. As far as I know there are 10 gags orders Trump must be held accountable for.
There will be a price to pay for the torment Trump has inflicted on others as mild mannered Judge Merchan could surprise everyone in the end.
Alvin Bragg
Time to congratulate Alvin Bragg, the Manhattan district attorney who staked his reputation on a prosecution that many legal analysts questioned. But in the end, his strategy was a winning one. He and his legal team performed to perfection. Bravo.
Michael Cohen
For what it's worth - after following the details of the Michael Cohen-Donald Trump conspiracy - I am a fan of Cohen's though knowing his faults. Cohen has paid his dues and come to understand that he was brainwashed to worship Trump, like a cult leader, just like Trump's oldest sons and half of Americans do. I watched Cohen and Rachel Maddow on MSNBC last night after the verdict was in. I have also followed some of his podcasts and TV interviews and believed him. I look forward to what comes next for him. I had also texted Zsia that Michael Cohen had been vindicated, and I could feel his relief in that moment.
Numerology
In numerology a cycle is nine years. This all began June 16, 2015, when Trump came down the escalator to a room filled with those who had mostly been paid to be there and cheer him on in his bid to become president. One of the spectators is a client who texted me a selfie in his red MAGA hat.
In that moment I recognized that Trump was programmed to be the next president and hoped it meant that this unfiltered man would bring the truth about human-extraterrestrial connections. Sadly he never did probably because he was never trusted with that information ... or are they part of the documents he secured when he left office?
Up until June 16, 2015 - two days after his 69th birthday - Trump had been perfectly content with his life though the notion of a presidency had been out there for years.
This was his programming and nine years later the first domino would fall in this cascading narrative marking the beginning of the end of the dynasty and legacy of The Trump Era.
Election Day 2024
The five months remaining until Election Day 2024 will not come without surprises. I have always maintained that Trump will not win and will go out in disgrace. Jail can be looked upon in many ways from physical incarceration to losing everything that was important to someone. Trump and his cronies have been compared to a mafia boss and his subordinates. One way or another they are taken down in storylines involving main and sub-characters. The MAGA Movement has taken over the Republican Party and will fight on until the end with or without Trump. Sadly they represent everything that's wrong in society.
