August 19, 2025 - In my wake-up dream the man in this pic was staring straight at me and screaming, "We are all up .... " He never finished his sentence as I woke up. With his image still clearly in my mind I remembered he was an actor from one of those sophomoric comedies I never watch.
Then I remembered it was a father-son show so I googled. Up popped "Schitt's Creek". The message ... "We are all up shit's creek!"
I googled again for further clarification. "We are all up shit's creek" means that everyone is in an extremely difficult, unpleasant, or hopeless situation with no apparent way out. The phrase is a vulgar version of "up a creek without a paddle," which describes being in a tough spot with no resources or support to escape it.
I goggled a pic of Dan Levy - the man from my dream. The closest match I found was the pic above if you can visualize him staring straight at you, eyes bulging, screaming a warning. Though Dan is Canadian - I think he meant it in the broader scope of reality.
