I'm not an art critic but this looks like something Charles' 6 year old grandson, Louis, got his hands on. Charles' head looks like it was photoshopped. This pic speaks to me of blood especially at a time when King Charles is dealing with cancer. Oh well ... Art is after all a matter of taste. Maybe he can sell it on eBay.
