Dreams allow a person's consciousness to move through the never ending grids that create realities - stopping along the way to experience. Lucid dreams come with the understanding that the dreamer is aware that what they are experiencing is a dream. Some people believe that pertains to our physical reality as we experience it - and that what we consider dream time is a dream within a dream. In the end it's all an illusion.
I only remember lucid dreams which are always in color. Such was the case early this morning.
