Labor Day allows us to look at the rights of workers in all fields and how they have contributed to the American economy in advancing our way of life. Today we have to incorporate the Trump administration's shifting policies, how they affect the economy, and the influences of artificial intelligence on the way things work. As with everything else - for better or worse - it's all changing. Travel safely and enjoy your day.

This Labor Day weekend feels a bit different somehow. There is a distinct shift in the air, a quiet gravity that I've been sensing and hearing echoed by those I've crossed paths with over the past few days. Perhaps it was the dreary, rainy weather paired with the lingering summer heat and humidity that made early last week feel so heavy.

The arrival of sunny skies in the northeast accompanied by more comfortable temperatures has brought a noticeable shift, lifting the collective spirit and adding a vibrant, renewed energy to the people all around us. Sadly, in other parts of the country, people are dealing with the ravages of climate change.

Remembering 9/11

In recent days people have been visiting the Financial District to experience the area formerly called Ground Zero at the World Trade Center site, which commemorates the 25th anniversary of 9/11 on Friday. For many, it is a journey into history. Visitors often share that they can feel the powerful, somber energy of that day as they walk through the area and look up at the new buildings erected to honor those who lost their lives that day. It was, after all, the most devastating attack on American soil since Pearl Harbor.

Even if you have no personal connection to the events of 9/11 - finding it difficult to relate - when standing there - as I have done many times since then - offers a profound opportunity for reflection. Ultimately, it serves as a powerful reminder of how events that morning were programmed to alter reality. It changed the spiraling consciousness grids, the way global security works, reshaped international relations, and continues to influence everything happening in the world around us today.

9/11 was an insert in the simulation that changed reality forever. It was about America's connection to the Middle East - then and now - coming full circle - encapsulating everything and everyone in its wake. Today, we see events playing out across the global game board with ongoing conflicts in the Middle East and America's deep entanglement therein.

From the shifting balances of power once created by Ancient Bloodlines millennia ago ... it's not over until it's over.

This year as I watched Trump take America to war with Iran - I realized it went beyond his ego driven ambitions - but something he was programmed to do as the simulation winds down.

Perhaps some of the energies I feel on this Labor Day weekend go beyond personal programming to that of the global picture in the "cycles" of time.

Saturday afternoon brought me back to my roots in Coney Island, where I spent the first 11 years of my life. While I make it a point to visit every now and again with family or friends, this trip held its own energies as if once again I had been guided there - this time with my Egyptian friend, Khalid.

A walk on the boardwalk near the beach felt like a profound bridge connecting ancient architecture to modern day - effortlessly filtering through the sands of time.

Just off the boardwalk we stopped to take a picture in front of the famous Coney Island Cyclone that opened to the public on June 26, 1927 and turns 100 years old next year. When compared to the massive, high-tech rides sprawling across amusement parks around the world today, this wooden marvel stands proudly as a designated New York City landmark since 1988. In a beautiful full-circle twist, it was built on the exact site where America's first roller coaster opened back in June 1884.

Beyond the history, there has always been something symbolic about the movement of a roller coaster for me. It serves as a striking blueprint for the human experience - a relentless series of steep climbs, sudden drops, and dizzying loops. Once you are strapped in, you are completely at the mercy of the tracks, surrendering your control to a fixed course. It mirrors the way we navigate our own pre-programmed timelines, enduring the anxious tension of the highs and the chaotic rush of the lows, only to realize the entire ride is designed on a closed circuit, inevitably bringing us back to the point of origin.
