Freedom of Speech

Free speech is one of many rights slowly eroding in today's chaotic society as The Human Experiment - along with The American Experiment - evolve out of existence.

Anything created in physical reality - or duality - is programmed to be broken for emotional value. It's the algorithm of our 'time' here. If you remember that - you will understand why the world always seems to be going crazy and things more often than not are dysfunctional.

A lot of things are going to happen now - some anticipated - others manifesting out of the blue. All are part of end times and meant to happen as was foretold by ancient scribes and modern-day prognosticators. It's all recorded somewhere.

Freedom of Speech

In the United States, freedom of speech and expression is strongly protected from government restrictions by the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, many state constitutions, and state and federal laws. Freedom of speech, also called free speech, means the free and public expression of opinions without censorship, interference and restraint by the government. Read more ...

Jimmy Kimmel Live Suspended Indefinitely

Suspension of Jimmy Kimmel Live! - Wikipedia

After Stephen Colbert was fired two months ago, Trump said Jimmy Kimmel would be next. And so it came to pass on September 17, 2025 - as people wondered who's next and what it means for Freedom of Speech in America.

The network's suspension of Kimmel sparked widespread backlash from political leaders and commentators, entertainers, entertainment industry unions, constitutional scholars and the public as well as boycotts against Disney/ABC and broadcast station owners Nexstar Media Group and Sinclair Broadcast Group - whose respective decisions to pull Jimmy Kimmel Live! from their ABC-affiliated stations over his monologue prompted the network's own decision to suspend the program - sparking debates about the erosion of freedom of speech in the United States amid calls by the American people to impose retaliatory and disciplinary actions against people celebrating, justifying, or trivializing Kirk's death or encourage further political violence.

The suspension sparked a national debate over free speech and accusations of government censorship. The controversy erupted after Kimmel's monologue about the assassination of conservative activist Charlie Kirk - with critics on both sides weighing in on the appropriate limits of expression. Kimmel's suspension became a flashpoint for free speech concerns, following public threats from the FCC chairman and pressure from the Trump administration. Many saw the network's decision as capitulating to political pressure, sparking outrage from Hollywood figures and civil liberties advocates.

Trump Says Broadcasters Risk Losing Licenses When Hosts Criticize Him

As we look around - the US is becoming a dictatorship with Trump at the helm in uncontroled mania. Does life in America revolve around Trump's narcissistic ego-driven desire to be a dictator?

What a memorable monologue complete with standing ovations. Great job after the turmoil of the past week.

If you don't like Kimmel or the fact that he stood up against Trump on the matter of free speech - which lead you to a 'war of words' with others - you are playing right into Trump's programming (hands) to create chaos and therefore need to look at your own programming and the result of all that stress and energy you felt by venting. In all, it will never make a difference in the big picture.

To me government is about conspiracies, lies, and quid pro quo to create chaos in the simulation. It's why I don't generally follow the ... he said ... she said ... and who screwed over who especially in end times. I'm not programed for that although others are.

Further I'm not one of those 'love and light' people who believe that if someone's behavior is positive - and pray a lot - good things will happen. Not so as witnessed by unfolding reality. Also ... if you think 'free will' is a 'thing' - again take a look at unfolding reality.

Reality, I repeat, is a pre-programmed simulation, so I never blame anyone for their behavior unless they really piss me off. I see it all as everyone playing out their role in a simulated reality to which I am a part at the present time - and whose conclusion is just ahead if you read timelines.

Trump is a true example of someone who seems indestructible because that is his programming. He has always been a player and no matter what happens in his life he always comes out on top ... which sometimes surprises even him.

It's obvious that he's been set in place in end times for exactly what he's doing. There are many times I don't envy his programming - and don't hate him for it but like most of you I am not a fan preferring to read about him only when I have to.

Kimmel was in total control of the room - riveting audiences in the studio and at home - especially for those who took a stand not just on his behalf - but on Freedom of Speech. It brings hope to those who feel that democracy is lost in America - and rightly so - but need to believe that things will turn around.

That's as lame as saying Putin will stop going after Ukraine and western Europe. In September 2025, Russia sent drones and military planes that violated the airspace of Poland, Romania, and Estonia, all of which are NATO members. Please pay attention as this spikes in the grids for 2026.

An emotional Jimmy Kimmel defended free speech and addressed his Charlie Kirk comments. "It was never my intention to make light of the murder of a young man," he told viewers, insisting he had not wanted to blame any specific group. "This show is not important," Kimmel said in his opening monologue. "What's important is that we get to live in a country that allows us to have a show like this."

In another special moment for me - actor and fellow New Yorker Robert De Niro - known for his sharp criticism of Trump - played a fictional version of a sycophantic FCC chair Brendan Carr appointed by Donald Trump. Kimmel and De Niro mocked the real Carr and criticized Trump's alleged efforts to undermine free speech.

This was by far one of Kimmel's best shows in the 22 years it's been on the air - and most likely one of the highest rated - though not carried by all ABC affiliates. And so the people have spoken as did Jimmy Kimmel Loved it!
