The nature of Mitch McConnell's health Issues was kept a secret from the public until today when they posted this pic saying he had fallen at home then developed pneumonia well in the hospital, but was recovering. This lead speculation that the photo is AI, and definitely a conclusion by everybody that Mitch McConnell was too old to serve in the senate.

The easiest way to determine if he had a stroke, another ministroke (Transient Ischemic Attack - TIA), or can function, is simple. Create a live video where he's talking to either the camera, his wife or whomever. Is 'live' the right adverb? I'm sure Mitch is filled with lots of meds because he's got that blank look in his eyes and on his face but of course that's how he's looked for the last few years so that's not a giveaway.

Is the photo AI generated? Personally, I think McConnell is AI generated. Welcome to politics in America 2026 and beyond. Time to retire Mitch, the Trump administration, and the simulation.

Once upon a time Michael Cohen was Trump's lawyer and fixer but you already know that after years of press about their tumulus relationship often bordering on a bromance. I often thought Trump considered him the brother he always wanted though he treated Cohen like an employee most of the time. Remember, Trump loves to be the dominant character in any relationship.
