This year I celebrated East with my daughter Zsia and her family at Fidler's Elbow Country Club in Bedminster, New Jersey, where they are members. We couldn't have asked for a nicer day if we had conjured it up ourselves. Along the way they all met friends they hadn't seen for a while. It was fun to catch up and reconnect. FYI - My grandson Dylan (white sneakers) pays golf and has his own clubs.

When I got to Zsia's house - I noticed she had added some Black Forest pebbles to the garden near the garage. I rushed over, picked up two large pebbles, and thought about this scene from the movie Knowing. I made several jokes about aliens coming to get us. In the pic I'm trying to get them to levitate ... but that happens at the end of the story.
