You didn't need to vicariously emote through film this week to experience the full gamut of emotions as July blended into August - each day as action packed as the next. There were times that reality seemed to stand still as if surreal ... then reboot as streaming images floating by for your review ... now or never events. The chaotic assemblance of characters in your storyline cast doubt on unfolding events in the Book of Life - seemingly different as we move towards ... whatever shows itself to you as the future.
As expected... in many regions climate changed the destinies of the people - highlighted with record breaking temps, raging wildfires, earthquakes, volcanoes, and storms by different names. I took the pic above through my terrace door Friday as evening fell and a severe storm lashed across the area. Raindrops often remind me of soul sparks momentarily experiencing then dissipating or becoming frozen in time.
The Paris Summer Olympics showcased Team USA in several events highlighted with Simone Biles and Katie Ledecky ... as the star-studded games continue for another week with exciting competitions by some of the world's greatest athletes bringing it home at the 2024 Summer Olympics. It all ends Sunday 8/11 with an epic stunt by Tom Cruise passing the flag from Paris to Los Angeles for the 2028 Olympics - Tom's daredevil skit is live and prerecorded.
Scoring points for Team Biden-Harris - The world watched the 2024 Russian prisoner exchange involving the United States and six other countries after two years of negotiations. It was the largest prisoner exchange since the end of the Cold War involving the release of twenty-six people. Among those released were Evan Gershkovich, a reporter for The Wall Street Journal, and Paul Whelan, a former U.S. Marine, who had each received sixteen-year sentences for espionage.
In Politics - Kamala Harris earned enough votes to win the Democratic presidential nomination. Tuesday she named Tim Walz - with whom she will spend the next 90+ days fighting for democracy against Trump and his MAGA Republicans. The Dems will win ... but it will take a long time to restore what Trump hath wrought asunder for personal gain. This may not be a bad thing if new models for old institutions quickly take hold, time permitting.
Democrats, Republicans and the rest of the world watched in disbelief at Trump's contentious interview with the National Association of Black Journalists - showing his ignorance about Kamala Harris' racial background as a black woman. The three moderators at the NABW repeatedly called him out on his litany of lies which greatly upset him. He can expect more of that in the future - with only those who come to his rallies supporting his rhetoric and kissing the ring. The world grows weary of his baseless attacks on others - his all too familiar manipulative voice and hand gestures - best described by Bill Maher when he jokes about Trump's victory fists as "jerking off two men at the same time".
Mohammed Deif
Israel's military says it has confirmed that Hamas' military chief Mohammed Deif was killed in an air strike in the Gaza Strip last month. Israel says Deif was one of the figures responsible for the planning of the 7 October attacks in southern Israel in which 1,200 people were killed. Israel's announcement comes after the assassination of Hamas political leader Ismael Haniyeh, killed in Tehran, and senior Hezbollah commander Fuad Shukr, who was killed in an Israeli air strike on the Lebanese capital, Beirut.
Things I think about ...
Will the Hebrew people ever find peace in a land that dates back to the origins of humanity and the journey of the bloodline?
The Middle East is a powder keg that could explode at any moment creating a regional war. Since the October 7 Hamas attack on Israel - the likelihood this would happen in a world filled with anxiety, frustration, and rage - has increased exponentially.
For years Hamas forces built tunnels under Israeli territory. Why weren't they stopped and the tunnels destroyed?
On October 7, 2023 Hamas attacked Israel in a very heinous way. Why are people surprised that Israel is trying to destroy their enemies? If someone attacked your home and family, wouldn't you take action? I know ... It's all about collateral damage, but that's exactly how Hamas set things in play by using human shields - setting up headquarters in places such as hospitals thus making the enemy look like victims which indeed they are along with everyone else.
No one plays the victim card better than Donald Trump... It's a witch hunt. I never stole the documents. I did not incite a riot and stage a coup on January 6. I did not sit for hours, and do nothing while it was happening. I did not try to illegally fix the election in 2020. I won. I did not try to defraud New York State. I never met Stormy Daniels nor offered her a bribe for her silence. I never met E. Jean Carroll nor sexually attacked her. If I am reelected - white Christian men will never have to vote again because we will take over the country and make it a dictatorship in our image.
We think we know what's going on in the Middle East conflicts, but as history has shown, we know nothing only what is presented to the media or from those on the battlefront of democracy - seemingly an illusion in the annals of time.
The world is a political machine - allocated by one society or another - with emphasis on power and dominance in the endless hierarchies of human existence. Why does anybody think that will ever change when it's the subroutine of our very existence?
Why do some people think aliens or gods will come to the rescue when clearly they are gone or just mythological - another bandaid in the eternal hope to silence the enemies of humanity which always reboot in another form?
What will it take for human programming to trigger the understanding that our experience as a simulation?
How many more years will planet Earth be sustainable?
Is the concept of 'love and light' antiquated - just another Band-Aid to sooth wounded souls creating the illusion we are evolving to a higher frequency ... whatever that means to those who need to believe?
Surveying the grids of our experiment ... there is nothing left in the hourglass of time.
The light in the projector room is off with just a few dust particles visible in the darkness of the theater. Reality is after all "Theater".
The answers to all of my questions are - things are simply programmed that way in the simulation of reality for dramatic effect.
