I've spoken to both American astronauts and Russian cosmonauts who talk about secret alliances between both governments going back to crashed UFO's and reverse engineered technologies. It's as if alien agendas are one thing and the day-to-day friction between countries is a separate entity. Something's got to give ... soon.
