As a psychic I can tell you that information given during a session is rarely retained by me or by other psychics I talk to. To begin, the information is not for me and usually has no relevance in my life. Whatever is seen, heard or experienced by me, is spoken into my tape recorder as my client sits with me listening and sometimes asking questions or interjecting thoughts. In most cases it is as if I am just the messenger for the client's soul, spirit guides, deceased loved ones or information from the grids (timelines). I call it multitasking above and below. Another reason psychics don't remember is because they use (open) the right side of the brain when they receive information and therefore do not restore it.
I tape record my sessions as clients do not remember much of what is said and how it is said by me, the messenger. On some occasion clients take notes. If you do psychic work, and do not remember, don't worry about.
