In a dream circle, people create a circle and go to sleep within its energies. They do not have to touch each other, just create a circular grid of one kind or another. Often people sleep in a sleeping bag in a large open area.

When they wake up, remembered dreams are shared with the group. Two or more people may have the same dream sequence as their consciousness grids have intersected.
