Aquarius Water Meditation
Prepare as you would for meditation.
Relax ... Close your eyes. Take two long slow breaths.
Envision yourself walking slowly by the seashore.
Feel the warmth of the sun on your face, soothing and nurturing you.
Feel a gentle breeze, that spirals around you,
lifting your burdens and taking you to a place of enlightenment.
Listen to the sounds of the ocean
telling of the ecological changes on the planet.
Hear the sounds of the dolphins, that beckon to you.
Slowly walk into the water.
Feel it encompass your physical being, creating healing.
Your body belongs to the sea.
Your soul returns to the sea.
Swim to the dolphins.
Move through the mirror of reality, into the Eye
where the goddess Aquarius waits for you.
Listen to the sounds.
Now listen again as they change.
Swim with Aquarius on a sacred adventure with an uncharted course.
